The Roberta Jull Family Day Care Service is made up of qualified child care professionals. We make a commitment to support you in meeting and maintaining high quality child care to the community by:
- supporting educators through the family day care registration process
- provide regular visits to support educators and to monitor the standards of care being provided
- provide orientation training, networking and professional development opportunities to maintain good business practice
- provide access to Roberta Jull FDCS extensive toy library
- provide access to the Roberta Jull FDCS website with online resources
- maintain all educator and family records in line with Commonwealth requirements
- respond to enquiries for care and refer families to educators
- conduct enrolment interviews for families commencing care
- formalise parent enrolments
- process attendance records and administer the CCS on parents behalf
- forward payment advice to families and educators
- develop collaborative partnerships with educators and families to support the best possible care for children
- facilitate regular play sessions for children and educators on our premises
- promote involvement in the Let’s Read early literacy program and ongoing involvement in sustainability through our community garden.
